There is ample parking for both overnight guests and day attendees in the parking lot across from the hotel. Parking is free for all conference attendees. 

Amtrak:

The Freeport Amtrak station is located on 23 Depot St, Freeport and is a five minute walk (.2mi) to the venue. Ticket information for the Amtrak can be found here.

Poster & Podium Sessions

Held Saturday, February 10^th, 2024 During the MOA Midwinter Symposium

Eligible Participants:

•         UNE COM medical students, OMS I – OMS IV 

•         Medical Residents/Fellows

Categories:

• Basic science research
• Clinical research
• Case studies
• Other scholarship (e.g. literature review).  

* Subject to change based on submissions

Forum Expectations:

This is a hybrid research forum. If your abstract is accepted, you will be expected to prepare a virtual presentation video and present a poster during the in person poster sessions Saturday, February 10^th at the Hilton Garden Inn in Freeport, ME (9AM-3PM). Awards/judging will be conducted on in person poster presentations. A select group will be chosen to present their research in podium presentations during the MOA Midwinter Symposium on Saturday, February 10^th 4-5pm. Awards will be presented following the podium presentations for top submissions in each category.
