Cancellation/Refunds: If you must cancel, please notify the MOA in writing. A $50 cancellation fee applies if canceling on or after January 12, 2024. No refunds will be provided after this date.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Maine Osteopathic Association and the American Osteopathic Association. CREDIT HOURS:
The American Osteopathic Association designates this other activity for a maximum of 21.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The MOA designates this program for a maximum of 22 AOA Category 1-A credits (18.5 virtual only) and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.
AAFP: The AAFP has reviewed MOA 2024 Midwinter Symposium: The Building Blocks of Healthcare and deemed it acceptable for up to 17.50 Live AAFP Prescribed credits. There is ample parking for both overnight guests and day attendees in the parking lot across from the hotel. Parking is free for all conference attendees.

Forum Expectations:
This is a hybrid research forum including virtual presentation videos as well as poster & podium presentations during the in person Midwinter Symposium Saturday, February 10th at the Hilton Garden Inn in Freeport, ME (9AM-3PM). A select group has been chosen to present their research in podium presentations on the main stage during the MOA Midwinter Symposium on Saturday, February 10th 4-5pm. Awards will be presented following the podium presentations for top submissions in each category.
