The MOA’s Annual Convention is a celebration of Maine’s rich osteopathic profession. Offering 20+ CME credits, it is one of the largest medical education events for physicians in New England and attendees represent a range of specialties from all over the state and country. The Convention also includes the opportunity for national leadership to convene with our Maine leaders, presentation of the MOA’s Annual Awards and special traditions like our lobster dinner, entertainment show, MOA Kids Camp, etc.

Content will be presented in a hybrid format, with opportunity to watch sessions live in person, or online with access to content for 30 days post-event.

 

CME ACCREDITATION:

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and the Maine Osteopathic Association (MOA). The AOA is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CREDIT HOURS:

The American Osteopathic Association designates this blended activity for a maximum of 20.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The Maine Osteopathic Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The Maine Osteopathic Association designates this program for up to 21.0 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extend of the physician’s participation in this activity. 

The AAFP has reviewed 113th MOA Annual Convention and deemed it acceptable for up to 17.25 Live AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 06/14/2024 to 06/16/2024. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
